I'm back from St. Pete's

AAhh, the beach. I'm sure they take the ocean for granted.

I took this from my camera phone, glad it turned out! We had so much fun. Just 4 gals hitting the beach. We layed in the sun from 9:30 until 3 each day. Ate some good food, had some drinks- only really partied 1 night, it was by no means "spring break"- i'm way too old for that, in fact we were in bed by 10pm the first night we got in. We went to The Pier, saw some sail boat race and ate at Cha Cha Coconuts- nice view, but just bar food. There was a night we went to Bay Walk- out door shops/bars/restaurants. We went to a Martini bar there and there was a live band- really just 2 guys singing cover songs, but it was perfect. Bought some pants at BlackWhite. Love that store! Have you read At First Sight by Nicholas Sparks? I finished it on the plane and actually cried at the end of it. I think it was mostly the book and the fact I missed Peyton- if you've read this, you'll know why. I don't want to ruin it for you, but ya gotta read this! Great book- all of his are! Got home last night LATE and Peyton woke up EARLY and on 3 hours of sleep, I'm functioning on Red Bull. The Tab Energy is pretty good too! I read a ton of gossip mags, I know more about the stars than any papparazzi right now. Love garbage reading. US Weekly, In Touch, OK, Life and Style, talk about wasted money! People, and InStyle - oh and Self is also what I read while getting bronzed. I missed my family and GASP! forgot about my kitties when I was gone- I was thinking of Kirk and Peyton so much I forgot about them, but it was an excellent reunion for me and Sophie, she purred and purred. Calli was mad at me, she didn't sleep at my feet like she normally does. Maybe tonight.
