Weekly Update

Hello! What a week! Last Saturday we went to a sandbottom pool, it was really nice. Peyton splashed around, she could sit in the water. She had fun. She woken up Friday night BURNING up. She had a 102.1 fever. I chalked up to her getting FOUR front teeth in at once, gave her some Motrin, rocked her for a while, gave her some ice water, she went back to bed. Sat. it was 100 outside..Peyton was shaded in her stroller and was only in the water about a half hour, figured the water would cool her down. Saturday night..same thing, woke up burning again. Remedy? Repeat Saturday night activity. Sunday we went to church, she was sleepy, hot, tired. We stayed in and she took some good naps. Monday, she was still warm. I brought her in and the doctor said she was sick. She said normally with teething the fever would have been around 100, and 102 was a bit high. She has Entro Virus.. she had basically canker sores on her tonsils and throat. OUCH! They were white, turning to red, which meant they were healing. I couldn't find a pic online to show you the gross looking things. She was contagious. We, as adults, probably had had this and we weren't suseptible to it.
Wednesday, she was back to normal. Back to sleeping through the night. We picked up her 9 month pics, went to Applebee's this week, had the most disgusting dinner ever. Do NOT order the shrimp/steak skewers. H O R R I B L E.
She now likes to drop things on the floor and say UH OH. How cute..until she does it 4 times. We stopped the game. I got her ears pierced yesterday.
