While Kirk was away, the girls decided to play! We got Peyton's haircut- couldn't believe she keeps the braid in, she thinks it's a part of her 'haircut' and has since let me braid her hair. Her hair on the top of her head grows from the back forward vs. a normal side part and her hair falling to the side, it falls straight over her face- so we need to "retrain" her hair and a section needs to grow out more, and that is why that piece is in a braid, so it's not in her face while it goes througth the awkward stage.
After that, we headed to Stillwater to Amodt's apple farm. It was a beautful, hot day.

The girls...Peyton and that smile. Always- we say 'SMILE!' and she clenches her eyes closed, she reminds me of her grandma Jane every time!
