Peyton's done with preschool!

This is Peyton leaving preschool for the last time.....Getting so grown up.  She's a master at Checkers by the way!
This is a pic of her going on a field trip to YMCA Camp (it was only 2 hours so I let her wear (actually she demanded) her skirt. She needs to wear a red shirt on field trip days!

I know I have been MIA for some time now. I am planning on getting on board. So last night, Peyton had her Preschool Graduation "Moving On Ceremony". As we were getting seated, they had a slide show playing of pictures from the year and had "Let them Be Little" by Lonestar.

I can remember when you fit in the palm of my hand
Felt so good in it, no bigger than a minute
How it amazes me, you're changing with every blink
Faster than a flower blooms they grow up all too soon

(CHORUS) So let them be little 'cause they're only that way for a while
Give them hope, give them praise, give them love every day
Let them cry, let them giggle, let them sleep in the middle (she does this often!!)
Oh just let them be little

I've never felt so much in one little tender touch
I live for those kisses, prayers adn your wishes
Now that you're teaching me things only a child can see
Every night while we're on our knees all I ask is please

Chorus

So innocent , a precious soul, you turn around
It's time to let them go
Chorus

Well, I'm a softie and teared during this part. The kids all came in and the "graduates" got to sit in chairs and the other younger preschoolers sat on the steps on the altar. They sang about 8 songs- short ones! and then we went to the ice cream social they had. It was nice! All grandparents and Uncle Matt came. She was so proud of herself and even got a diploma! Congratulations to my baby girl!

Some other updates:

* I am running my first half marathon on June 5th
* We are finally getting a deck that same weekend!
*Ashley is still hilarious and I will post pics very soon
*Kirk is still busy with work and our garage still looks like Home Depot with all our samples. He has the Target account now. Great, but he's busy with them.
* Both girls can swim great. Swimming lessons were worth it, they have made so much progress.

I could throw up- I went to the computer last night to upload all the pics off of our digital camera and there was an error message that came up saying the program was ending- well it deleted every single pic on my camera, about 80 of them dating back to Christmas. I lost all of them and I'm just sick about it. So to make sure I don't delete 4 months of our life ever again, I'm making it a point to take the pics off sooner- thus posting more! I mean, I know you are all so excited.

I'm just as much a softie, and cried just reading the lyrics! Ughhhh! When did our babies get so big? So bittersweet!
