Uncle Matt

met his Goddaughter this weekend. He's been in DC and was able to come back for the weekend- he had a job interview. He wanted to spend the afternoon at the MOA with her and Peyton.

The pics are a little out of order, sorry. This is a "Nascar" ride that whips around the corners, Peyton laughed and laughed. During all this excitement on this ride, Matt's wallet fell out. We were at the Dora store and he was buying Peyton some bday gifts and reached for his wallet and realized it was gone. He went back to that ride and the operator said a lady was going to turn it into Guest Services....now why wouldn't the operator have just taken it from a random patron and took it herself for security reasons. Matt had his license and 3 credit cards, including a check/debit card. We waited and waited and "the lady" never showed up at G.Svcs. We left the MOA and it turns out that the person went to 3 different Target stores, racking up over $1000. in crap and used his other cards too. Matt thought earlier in the day, maybe the lady saw the Prior Lake address and decided to mail it, so he wasn't thinking that far ahead that someone would be committing fraud on it. He went to the police station and they printed out something with his info. and pic on it and called the airport since he had a flight back to DC yesterday. They took that paper id and his birth cert.- thankfully my mom had it at her house, and he made it back to DC. 2 of the CC companies called him saying "there's been unusual activity on your account" so it was flagged by them that the shopping spree was going on. Ugh, that just sucks- it was our last ride of the day !

Uncle and P in line for a ride...

I thought this was funny- Ashley says, "hello! look at me, uncle tried to strap me in and he didn't get my shoulders in. What a rookie."

Cute outfit, courtesy of Leah and Pete.

Having fun on the roller coaster...
It was great to hang out with my brother, thanks Matt for a great time!
